  9.   IP Ultra Scan is a program to perform a ping on an entire class C IP Address
  10.   Range or any portion of it, to indicate the IP addresses in use.  In addition,
  11.   it can query for standards services (HTTP, FTP, POP3, NNTP etc.) on any IP 
  12.   address in the scan range.

  14.   IP Ultra Scan is freeware.  No nag screens of any kind.

  16.   This program was written in Visual Basic 5.0 SP3 by ultrajones.

  51.  Minimum Requirements

  54.   Some type of Internet or Intranet connection (dial-up / cable modem / ISDN etc.)
  55.   Microsoft Windows 95, 98 or NT
  56.   Microsoft's TCP/IP installed.
  57.   comctl32.dll version 4.70 or greater installed.  This dll is installed with IE3 or IE4.
  58.   Visual Basic Runtimes

  60.   If you do not have the Visual Basic Runtimes installed on your
  61.   computer then you will need to download and install it before
  62.   installing IP Ultra Scan.  Visual Basic Runtimes were not included
  63.   in this distribution to reduce the file size.

  75.   2. Double click setup.exe and follow the on screen directions.
